The next time you solicit me to be a customer in an attempt to rectify having failed to deliver a previous order, you may actually want to make sure that the "make good on our previous errors" order is actually shipped when the order email says it was shipped and not fail to yet deliver again.

Yup, they are not 2 for 2, but 3 for 3 now in failing to deliver orders over the past year for me. Once to Decatur, once to McDoungh and now the third to my home for our anniversary. Three stikes, no more ProFlowers for me.
Can anyone recommend a decent flower/gift service in the Atlanta, GA metro area?
Still, at least I know where my towel is. :P
